Fifteen years ago, Gary Mitchell had a vision. As the founder of NiteLiters, a landscape lighting company rooted in craftsmanship and service, Gary saw the challenges of running a specialized business firsthand. He spent a decade with ad-hoc spreadsheets, disjointed tools, and constant juggling which left too much room for error. Finding no better solution, he decided to build one.
 
His son, Wessley Mitchell, shared his passion but brought a different skillset. Where Gary perceived business needs, Wessley developed software solutions. Together, they began an endeavor that would span nearly twenty years. A father’s vision and a son’s innovation joined forces to create something more than just software: a Web application built with an inside-out understanding of the landscape lighting industry.
 
The effort wasn’t easy. It was filled with long nights, trial and error, and endless refinement. But the result was worth every moment.
